Paulett's Wedding

June 26th, 2009 Vincent's sister, Paulett was married to Cash Fisher. It was simple ceremony and it was a really good wedding. Paulett looked very pretty and we wish her the best in her new marriage. It rained after the ceremony while we were all eating and then it cleared again. It was a lovely wedding in a beautiful spot. The big kiss!!!!! Colton's daughter, Alyssa brought the rings to the bride and groom

Karrie and Alyssa were posing. Today was Karrie's birthday. We will celebrating on Saturday.
A picture of the new family, Cash's two daughters and Paulett's three daughters and her two grandkids. Colton was unable to attend because he had broken his hand the night before.

A picture with them in the canoe on the pond.

The cake moment we all love to watch.Paulett looks lovely with cake on her face.

The big moment!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Someone forgot to tell Karrie Happy Birthday, but what is new with that person, she always forgets our side of the families birthday's. We still love you Karrie.

Justin Time

Justin is such a fun little boy. He is very active and loves to run around the house. Here he is enjoying a banana.
Justin went into Colby's room where Colby was playing guitar hero. So Justin by himself put the other guitar on and was pretending he was playing with Colby. What a cutie.

As you can see in this picute, Colby takes this game very serious and doesn't notice me coming in with the camera.
Lets play Uncle Colby.

A day in the park

While mom and Caleb are still in the hospital, I decided to take the kids to the park. It has been raining a lot and this was the first day that it didn't rain. The kids had a blast. Justin tried out his muscles. Justin taking a break on the bench.

Leah and Colby taking a break on the bench.

Justin crossing the bridge. I tried to take a picture of Leah, but she was acting like a mean troll and chasing Karrie off the bridge.
Leah swinging with Karrie's help.
Colby swinging with Jusitn. The smile says it all.

Leah on the animals at the park.
Justin on the animal toy.

Hey, Grandma Tammy look at me.
Climbing on the toy, what fun we had.

Justin climbing with Karrie's help.
Down the slide on her belly.
Let's build a train and go down the slide.
Justin had fun going down the slide on his own.
Let's go aunt Karrie.

After our trip to the park, we all went to McDonalds for lunch. It is fun spending time with the grandkids.

Second Day of Caleb's life

Caleb is so cute. We took the kids back in to see him today, June 19th. He is such a great addition to the family. Casey stepping in and performing daddy duty by changing the diaper.
Colby taking his turn on holding Caleb. He is afraid that he will break him.

The proud grandma getting her turn to hold the new little one.

Leah was glad to see her mom and spent sometime with mom and the baby. What a beautiful daughter in-law. I am very lucky.

First family picutre with the whole crowd, Justin wasn't to happy to hold still for the picture.
Aunt Karrie taking her turn at holding Caleb.

Justin wanted to try to feed the baby with a bottle.

Leah is trying to feed the baby, but isn't so sure about Justin coming to help out.

Leah feeding the baby. She is so happy to have a baby brother.

We enjoyed having the grandkids for a few days. They were excited to get back home to mom and dad though. Megan says they are really trying to help a lot, maybe a little too much.

Caleb Timothy Christensen

Today was the birth of our new grandson, Caleb Timothy Christensen. He arrived this morning at 6:32 am. He weighed in at 6 lbs 6 oz and was 19 inches long. Megan said that everything went smoothly. I stayed at their house with the children. They called me at about 2:45 to come and sit with the children at home. He is so dang cute. He seems to have lighter hair than the other two. What a joy to have grandchildren.

Kylee holding the new one. He is so precious. I was so excited to hold our new addition to the Christensen Clan.
Colby thinks that Casey should have 12 boys then they could be the whole varsity wrestling team for Uintah. Megan says keep dreaming Colby. Maybe Cade could get married and have a few. LOL

Justin wasn't so sure about this gaga(baby in Justin talk). He took sometime to warm up to the Caleb, but finally decided to give him a kiss.

Leah was so cute with her mom and telling her everything that Caleb was saying.

My beautiful daughter in-law, who has blessed our lives. Casey did a great job in chosing to marry this one. She is truly a great mom and we all love her.

Karrie is a proud new aunt and couldn't wait to hold Caleb. It was a fight on who was able to hold him first.

Casey is a great dad and loves each of his children. I guess I did okay in raising him.

Proud grandpa Vincent, he couldn't wait to get over to the hospital to hold the new little one. We had to pry him from his arms so we all could have a turn. He could have at least taken off that ugyly hat.

He is such a blessing to our family. It is so neat to hold something that has just came from our dear Heavenly Father. It makes the world a better place.

Yes, I would say that they did a great job in creating this beautiful child. I could never imagine that being a grandparent would bring so much happiness to our lives, but it does. I love each and everyone of them.
Welcome Caleb to our little clan. We know that you will bring us much joy and we all love you lots.
